Persistence in prayer brings change in the heavenlies

Sharing something God spoke to me this morning praying in tongues for half an hour from 5.30-6am.
A repeating phrase I found myself settling on in tongues was 'kannu nappa', and popping this into Google translate it came up as Hawaiian for nappa plant.
Googling nappa plant I found it to be a plant that has pods containing litte red berries sometimes known as rosary beads.

I felt what God was saying was about faithfulness and discipline and persistence in prayer, as the catholics are when they prey the rosary, something maybe we super spiritual charismatics can be lacking in in our devotions Like Daniel, when in exile in Babylon, faithfully set his face to pray 3 times a day, morning noon and night,  towards Jerusalem, the city of God, the temple of his manifest presence on earth, despite being a man of high governmental office in Babylon (ie he had a busy responsible job!).
And God sent to him a mighty angel (or was it a vision of Jesus?) who despite having heard him on day one  was delayed 21 days in coming to him by the prince of Persia, till the archangel Michael came to assist him.

So this is an example of how our persistence of prayer literally brings about  change in the heavenlies,  with angels being despatched, yet it took 3 weeks, not 30 seconds in the way we pray in our brief prayers citing the authority Jesus gave us that what we bind on earth is bound in heaven. Sure if we're dealing with little minion demons oppressing people here on earth when we minister healing and deliverance, but if we want to affect change over nations and in regional principalities, we need to be persistent in prayer and fasting for the nations and those in power.
Just my thoughts and what I believe God was saying this morning, feel free to comment and add your thoughts.

Daniel 10:12-14 NIV
[12] Then he continued, “Do not be afraid, Daniel. Since the first day that you set your mind to gain understanding and to humble yourself before your God, your words were heard, and I have come in response to them. [13] But the prince of the Persian kingdom resisted me twenty-one days. Then Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me, because I was detained there with the king of Persia. [14] Now I have come to explain to you what will happen to your people in the future, for the vision concerns a time yet to come.”

Matthew 18:18 NIV
[18]  “Truly I tell you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.
