Jawbone the donkey here
Come and listen to me yarn!

I was back home in Bethlehem
Chilling in my barn

When in comes a pregnant lass
On her fella's arm

Seems like she's abaat to pop
What happened next caused my donkey jaw to drop!

The barn lit up there were angels everywhere
The next thing I knew the baby was here!

Don't ask me how I knew I could tell he was special
Something to do with having a little halo!

The angels went nuts they were blowing their horns
If felt like heaven come down, it was strangely warm!

They were yellin 'Unto us a son is given'
'And unto him the government is given!'

Turns out someone had heard the mighty din
Cos suddenly a bunch of shepherds started coming in!

They all came and had a look at the little baby
Turns out the parents names were Joseph and Mary!

They gave him a present of a lamb so very little
It skipped and jumped about and made the baby giggle!

I thought perhaps this barn was where they kept their sheep
Finding a baby in their manger was a bit of flippin cheek!

They didn't seem to mind they were ever so kind
But then what happened next blew my tiny donkey mind!

Must be something in the hay, in came what looked like Aladdin
Along with Ali-baba and I swear it was the Sultan!

They got off their flying carpet, turns out they're all rap stars
Covered in loads of bling carrying golden bars
Not only that they had Chanel No.9
A little puff of that smelt so divine!

Also a big pot of something that smelt like whacky baccy
I had a sniff of that it left me feeling rather happy!

I think they was some form of rap royalty
But they came to baby Jesus and all got down on their knees!

Seems they'd got a memo it was a baby shower,
They gave all the crazy stuff they'd brought to Joseph and Mary!

It was such a crazy scene I thought I must be dreaming
The other animals were there, the place was teeming!
Suddenly a little drummer boy appeared
Going para-pa-pum I thought he'd burst my ears!

Not only that we now had a whole angel choir!
A whole brass section, one or two had a lyre, they're singing (goes into carol medley I wrote!)

The Woman with the flow of blood healed by touching the hem of Jesus' garment represents the end of the flow of the blood of sheep and goats for the atonement of the sins of Israel!
